SILICON EMULSIONS

DEFOAMERS



Saish Metaflow offers a range of silicone based defoamers scientifically formulated for use in a wide range of applications. These highly effective defoamers gives the same superb results in both hot and cold foaming systems over a wide pH range. They provide the most effective control of foam and can be added directly into the foaming media or blended directly into certain formulations. They are used in a variety of processes, including


• Waste water process systems in textile, automotive, chemical industries etc

• Chemical manufacturing and processing

• Paper and pulp processing

• Paint, ink, coating products

• Distillation processes



METAL CLEANING CHEMICALS



Saish Metaflow’s range of metal cleaning agents are designed to help our customers deliver clean, glossy, stain free components to their client. We offer unmatched technical support to help our customers produce clean components irrespective of its material or the cleaning process adopted.


Even at low levels of addition to the cleaning medium, components appear clean and glossy with no oil stains or any other dirt marks. Components also retain their appearance for a long period with no sight of any blemishes.



GRAPHITE LUBRICANTS



We offer a wide range of graphite lubricants of varying graphite particle sizes from 2 to 5 microns and varying product viscosities to suit a wide range of applications including


• Hot and warm forging with auto-spray systems

• Hammer forging with auto-spray systems

• High temperature bearing lubrication

• Lubrication of die face and plungers in pressure die casting machines
