At Saish Metaflow, we understand that true success in business is deeply rooted in the progress of the society. We consider our social responsibility towards the society as a core thought and not an afterthought. Hence, we at Saish Metaflow have defined a set of core business practises, namely, sustainability and environment enhancement, community enhancement and employee welfare to guide us in all our activities. Each of these core areas are actionable and are actively monitored to ensure the development in each area.

Since the past three decades, Saish Metaflow has been actively involved in innumerable initiatives aimed at the betterment of the society and will continue to do so. The information below will give you a basic insight of our activities in each core area.

Community enhancement is one of the core activities at Saish Metaflow because we understand the importance of giving back to the society that has provided us with so many benefits.

In the area of education, Saish Metaflow provides support to schools in rural Pune by providing them furniture, stationary, books, uniforms etc. Students from less privileged families are encouraged and provided scholarships.

Some of our local community initiatives include financial support to local talented wrestlers and health camps. We are also actively involved in helping the local community leaders in organising, funding and managing the annual community festival. Several other activities are carried out by the community with our support that extends beyond mere financial assistance.

The true well being of a company lies in the well being of its employees. The employees are the biggest assets of any company and hence, at Saish Metaflow, we take that extra step to ensure not only their physical health and safety, but also their psychological well being.

We can proudly declare that we have faced no major safety hazard in our over 35 years of existence and we strive hard to maintain that record. As we work with many chemicals, we ensure the protection of our employees at every stage by training them in the best handling practises and providing them protective gear.

Saish Metaflow’s health and safety programs are developed to detect, reduce and manage risks, and to promote the safe production, distribution, use and disposal of its products. Employees are encouraged to identify potential risk areas and risk reduction practises are implemented after properly evaluating the risks. Communication plays an important role in this process and steps are taken to promote it.

As Saish Metaflow grows, we strive harder not just to conserve our environment, but to enhance it for our future generations. We achieve this through one of our core principle of innovation.

Our various operations face various environment challenges. However, innovation enables us to ensure that every stage in each process is less and less intrusive to the environment while at the same time being able to develop products of higher quality and consistency. We strictly refrain from conducting operations that endanger the sustainability of our environment.

Saish Metaflow strives to develop processes and practises that help reduce wastage of resources, improve their utility and prevent pollution. Every employee is well trained and hence understands the true meaning of sustainability and its importance.
