Our range of plunger lubricants are designed to reduce the wear on plunger tips and shot sleeves thereby increasing their life ​and reducing downtime. We offer both graphite-free and graphie based plunger lubricants for machines of all tonnages. We also offer a water based emulsion lubricant that is easier to use and provides a cleaner working environment.

In high pressure die casting industries, soldering is a common phenomenon, which creates many problems during regular production, especially when the dies are new or have low temperatures at the beginning of the operation. Our Antisolder Paste is designed to remove solder safely from dies while regular operation is in progress or during startup, without any time or production loss.

Ladlecoat is a special refractory paste that is used to protect transfer ladles and spoons that transfer or pour molten aluminium in GDC and HPDC plants. It is based on titanium dioxide, boron nitride and special polymers that give it very high resistance to thermal shock and corrosion with excellent non-wetting charasteristics.

Our range of fluxes includes both granular and powder fluxes for a variety of alloys. They provide excellent dry dross formation with good metal recovery. Granular fluxes work at lower dosages with lower fume and dust generation.​

Our degassing tablets help in removing trapped gases from the molten aluminium thereby producing porosity free components. They have a strong affinity for trapped gases and are easy to use.

Our grain refining tablets help to increase the strength of aluminium components, profiles and sections by altering the grain structure through the incorporation of boron and titanium in the aluminium matrix.

We offer a range of cleaning chemicals for a variety of alloys depending on the cleaning equipment used. We offer both, foaming grades for vybro machines and non-foaming grades for spray jet cleaning machines. They provide a clean, glossy finish with excellent paintable surfaces.
