HYPRESS RANGE OF FORGING LUBRICANTS



Saish Metaflow offers a complete line of water and oil based forging lubricants for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This innovative technology represents over 20 years of lubricant development for high temperature applications which include the latest generation of graphite based lubricants as well as synthetic lubricants formulated to promote a cleaner environment and lower operating costs.



GRAPHITE BASED FORGING LUBRICANTS



These are high quality, graphite based forging die lubricants specially designed even the most difficult press forging operations like crankshafts. There are a no of grades designed for a wide variety of part sizes and configurations. They contain state-of-the-art synthetic lubricating and wetting agents, extreme pressure additives, thickeners and graphite.


HYPRESS forging lubricants are based on ultra fine micronized graphite that have been demonstrated to provide superior die life and excellent lubricity.



SYNTHETIC FORGING LUBRICANTS



These are high quality forging die lubricants which are graphite-free. They are designed to help forge increasingly difficult components while also providing a clean and environment friendly work space.


HYPRESS range of synthetic forging lubricants and based on synthetic polymers, extreme pressure additives and wetting agents that uniformly wet the die even at high temperatures. It bonds exceptionally well to the die surface providing high die wear resistance and superior metal flow.



OIL BASED FORGING LUBRICANTS



These are water immiscible graphite based forging die lubricants for extremely difficult forging operations where water based grades cannot meet the operation difficulty.


HYPRESS range of oil based forging lubricants are available in a variety of viscosities and graphite particle sizes and content to meet a large variety of applications including press and hammer forging, aluminium profile extrusion, die face and plunger lubrication in pressure die casting, bearing lubrication etc.
